Patrol ship "Komsomolets of Lithuania"

The name "Komsomolets of Lithuania" to the ship is appropriated in 1962.

Patrol ship - the participant of many distant campaigns, official visit to Sweden and Finland. Successfully carrying out the tasks put before him, ithe repeatedly won a rank "the excellent ship". Among staff of the ship there are many honours pupils of fighting and political preparation, experts of 1-st and 2-nd classes. Badges of a military - sports complex have the majority of seamen.

The big friendship connects crew of the ship with the Komsomol organizations of the enterprises and collective farms of Lithuania. Their many representatives under permits of Komsomol serve by the ship. They report to fellow countrymen about the achievements in fighting study. In turn chieves acquaint members of the Komsomol of crew with the labour successes, transfer them orders and henceforth to be on guard of peace work Soviet people.

The Komsomol organization of the ship is awarded for the achieved successes in fighting and political preparation by a memorable Red banner of Central Committee LKSM of Lithuania.
